A full weekend, planned together
- Friday welcome when your guests arrive at the hotel, with Shabbat dinner
- Kosher meals through Shabbat, prepared and served by our own team
- The wedding or bar / bat mitzvah party on Saturday night or Sunday night
- A tea room for your guests, with hot water ready before Friday night
- All the equipment for the entire weekend, often without needing the hotel kitchen, and working with the hotel kitchen space when it helps
- One kitchen, one team and one set of kosher standards all weekend

What is a Shabbaton or Chatan Shabbat?
It is a full weekend celebration around a wedding or bar / bat mitzvah, where family and guests gather together for Shabbat, often at a hotel, before the party.
Can you cater the whole weekend?
Yes. We welcome guests on Friday, cook the Shabbat meals and run the party on Saturday night or Sunday night.
Do you travel for a Shabbaton?
Yes. We are based in Miami and we travel for events around the world.
